DO NOT retain this women for your case!! Keep looking. She will take your money and you will NEVER hear from her again! I should have heeded the red flag when she came into the office with crumbs and food spilled all on her dress, she’s lazy. Did absolutely nothing for me and refuses to return my retainer!

If you ever get Vicki Pasley assigned to your case as a Guardian Ad Litem, do not listen to your lawyers telling you that GALs cannot be removed. Vicki is utterly biased. NEVER let her meet your child (even for a couple of hours total). Refuse. Never pay. She will keep referring to your child as her client. She is extremely biased. She uses key words with the Judge to help aid in proving her biases. She will collude with the other attorney repeatedly behind your back, pretending that she isn't. She is looking out for herself and where future income may be. I would also say that she is bi-polar
