Critical: Professionalism
It is with sadness I feel the need to write this. I’ve worked at CWD for some time now and though they project themselves as an employee and community-oriented company, they are far from it. In reality, their rhetoric and actions do not match. They are simply cutthroat and have little to no care for their employees and community.

Forcing Great Lakes Shipping Company to close because you want to level the building
for what reason??? Not befitting the Breton Village image??? I've been eating there since the 70's! The other restaurants you have installed in that area are boring and have absolutely no atmosphere or character! So now through your misguided vision, you are terminating one of the best eateries in Grand Rapids and destroying the livelihood of 33 employees and more!
I can only say one thing....Your decision makers have no real vision and if you can't find a new home for the restaurant, then you

I have rented from plenty of commercial landlords and this one has been the WORST ever! Before renting I told the agents what my use for the business would be and there was no issue until it came time for the sign which they have refused. I have been forced to operate without signage. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY OR CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR BUSINESS!
