Blue Water Irrigation Systems

Blue Water Irrigation's staff was on top of my request from my initial attempts to schedule service. I travel a great deal and I'm not easy to reach but Elena continued to reach out to me until we were able to schedule a time I would be home. The crew that showed up (on time) was very professional, friendly and helpful. Roberto took the time to walk the yard with me to gather all of my requests. After his crew was finished, Roberto walked me through everything they found and fixed as well as took the initiative to suggest how I might consider setting up my sprinkler controller and drain my system

Jordan came out to where I work and looked at the job. They provided a drawing of what would be done and quoted cost and lead time. Their quote was competitive. They showed up when promised, completed the work and then came back to show my team how to run the system. It was programmed per our instructions. I highly recommend them.

Never a response in a timely manner. Leave several if not many VM on their phone and you might get a call back. Customer service is poor.

Lawrence the sprinkler repair man came out on time and diagnosed the problems I was having and repaired them. Him and his helper did a wonderful job. He made sure that I knew how everything worked before they left. They put my sprinkler in 2 1/2 years ago awesome company. He also explained to me a few things that I did not remember back when they put the system in. Thank you guys for everything. I definitely highly recommend them. 👍👍👍👍. A➕ Job

I was one of their early first customers when they started out, living only 15 miles from their home based office. Now that I’ve become more successful and live an additional 7 miles further on dirt worth twice as much they don’t service my area. That’s a shame, business must be so good they can’t use an extra 5k.

Do not use Blue Water Irrigation. They sent out their best to deal with our irrigation problem between patio homes. The man even got permission from our neighbor to tie our down spouts into her drainage, that he was going to do more work on, too. The crew showed up unannounced and proceeded to start work. Thank heavens I was home. Their drawing showed NOTHING of the problem we talked about. I called and talked to the specialist who said they don't work on down spouts, really! Two days late the power/ cable companies came out to mark where their lines were, a little late I'd say. Needless to say

You get what you pay for... and I definitely would not use this company again! I feel like they come out just to come back out and it is an ongoing repair job! Should have had someone else install the system.
