The HOA for our property contracts Texscape for landscaping service and the quality of their work isn’t good. They neglect to remove debris and cut materials from areas they service; overall a pretty sloppy job. Also while removing a dead plant from my yard one of the workers broke my main water pipe; the first attempt at fixing it was not done correctly and they needed to make a second house call to fix it again after I insisted that I had the first attempt inspected. Perhaps the quality of their work is contingent upon the particular crew servicing but my experience with them has not been good

DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR HOA! Our HOA is currently using this company and they are horrible! They do not mow all the areas every time they come. You can clearly see that they do not use a weed eater every time, and after cutting back trees, they left branches and debris all in the flowerbeds until they came back the next time to mow. That’s laziness and ridiculous!!! DO NOT USE THEM! Our neighborhood’s landscaping and other areas have over grown before because they have mowed the required areas. They may be good for apartments but not for residential home areas.

They are awesome at communicating, my rep Gary always is available, and the crew supervisor Mr. Juan is amazing. He explains his areas of concern as well as pays attention to detail and keep the communication open. By far the best landscapers I've had in Houston

I've worked off and on with Texscape throughout my years in Property Management in Houston and I have, for the most part had good experiences with the company. I am now at a community in League City and am once again fortunate to have them as my landscaping company. My current account rep/manager is Alonzo Contreras and I am beyond happy with him and the service he provides to us here.
