Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) is a federal program administered by the Social Security Administration (SSA). It's available to those who have been injured or have a diagnosed medical condition preventing them from maintaining regular work. Attorneys at the Disability Advantage Group, are here to help with your Social Security Disability Insurance.
There is a specific set of physical disabilities that the Social Security Administration (SSA) considers legitimate conditions that would allow an applicant to receive benefits. While you may suffer from a qualifying disease or condition, this alone is not a guarantee of approved benefits. The SSA is more concerned with assessing the impact this condition will have on your daily life, especially your ability to work.
The National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) reports that roughly one in four adults in the U.S. suffers from a diagnosed mental illness every year. While many of these diseases are easily treatable, others require extensive care and can limit an individual's ability to maintain regular employment.

As a former employee of this firm, I can tell you from first-hand experience that not only do they not care about their customers they do not care about their employees either. They do not foster an environment that makes employees want to come to work and perform above and beyond. They are abusive, there’s lack of communication, And they constantly do undermine the people who do show up and put in the most work. I regret not quitting the first time I put my notice in.

I am currently in the appeal process. But I cannot say enough wonderful things about DAG. My Case manager has been such a pleasure to work with. She is the encouragement that I need every time we talk. As we all know this process can be not the most pleasant to walk through. Stacy has been right beside me either through a phone call to check on me… or an email. She has been wonderful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GROUP TO ANY ONE NEEDING COUNCIL FOR DISSABILITY.
THANK YOU STACY FRANK!
