We went with this company because the reviews were good, and we were very happy with the quick response time.
The company dispatched a subcontractor from “24/7 Garage Door”. I agreed to replace cables (they were visibly damaged) and a spring.
When the tech finished he said the spring was $250 +$90 labor, and the cables were $85 EACH +$50 labor. -⭐️
He repeatedly said the cables were very good ($20 /ft good???). -⭐️
I asked him to do better and he didn’t charge me for one cable or the labor to replace cables, but the work was done and I was captive by this point.
Lastly, payment

I received excellent, prompt service from Elite Garage Door, and I recommend them. That's your TL:DR. Now for the nitty-gritty stuff.
I want to put people at ease in case they have a minor anxiety attack like I did when first working with Elite.
Tom was the one they dispatched to my house when I called for a garage door repair, and after looking at the damage I had done by failing to *open* the door before trying to leave, he told me that the whole door (the panels, not the cables, chain, spring, or any other part of the mechanism) would need to be replaced. He then asked me to pay the full price

I have been getting calls from my tenant about the garage not working in the house we rented to them. I did not want to deal with this mess but it is my obligation to pay for it. I Called Elite and told them I want you to deal with my tenant. I asked them do all the scheduling and calling back and forth and once payment needs to be done then give me a call. I was impressed with how quickly they solved the issue. I would recommend this company to my clients.

Elite Garage Doors returned my call very quickly. You can tell this company has employees who enjoy what they do and are experts in their field. The product knowledge during the repair proved that. The pricing was reasonable and they were able to fix my garage in about an hour. They left the area clean which was very impressive. This company is doing things right. Thanks for your help.

We asked for a bid from these guys and they came out. But we felt the bid was a little high. The technician was so nice but his boss was not nice and was getting very mad at us for not wanting it done right now. He was actually yelling at my husband over the phone. So beware if you just want a quote do not go with this company.
