Amazing service. Brandan was phenomenal. It was so difficult to find parts to repair quickly on our own. Brandan showed up within an hour, had all the parts required for the repair, and completed the task in a timely manner. We were in a bind and Powell Garage Doors came through for us. Had to give this guy/Company a shout out: Chris, the owner of Powell Garage Doors in Lehi arrived like an Angel straight from Heaven. Our family was literally pulling out of the driveway this to head our to our long anticipated family vacation when our garage doors wouldn’t close. We tried to fixed it all to have it just get worse. The garage literally came off the tracks and was falling apart. We were at our upmost lowest moment and stress wondering at how we would now leaveon our trip. Exceptional customer service and quality repair. I sent pictures showing the issue with the garage door. Bid was given immediately and appointment was scheduled for the following day.
They showed up promptly, in fact 30 minutes early. They called before to double check it was convenient for an early arrival.
Repair was completed within 25 minutes and the total bill was $20 less than bid.
Very satisfied with Powell Garage Doors and will use them again. I definitely recommend!
