Services
We understand that arriving at a chiropractic office for the first time can be a unfamiliar experience. If you've never experienced chiropractic care before, you may not know what to expect. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience for some.
When building a house, if you tried to build your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually may even collapse. If you tried to build your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem. These concepts apply to your body as well, and chiropractic care addresses many common reasons why people experience pain and other health issues.
This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition. Our back office assistant will escort you to the exam room where she will obtain your vital signs and basic clinical information. Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Hanley to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options.
After your initial examination, you and Dr. Hanley will discuss the best approach to your problem and which therapies would be the most beneficial to reduce your pain. Our office offers manipulation, massage, whirlpool, moist heat/ice, ultrasound, muscle stim, and traction. A combination of these may be performed on a visit and the effectiveness and continued need will be determined as you proceed with care.
Most chiropractors regard the elimination of symptoms as the first part of a persons care. If all that the chiropractor does is to reduce the pain and stop there, the chances of the condition recurring are greater. In order to prevent a recurrence of symptoms, it is often necessary to follow up with stretching and exercises to strenghten the affected area.

Dr. Hanely was amazing. The only way I could seek treatment after 2x auto accidents (not my fault) as drs in town refused treatment. I also nearly fractured my back shortly after. Having taken full impact as i was at dead stop he got me back to health while working two jobs. He is very professional including doing xrays prior to treatment. I know chiropractors sometimes get a bad wrap but Dr. Hanley is the best. I greatly miss him now that we are in colorado and I am working 80hrs a week as CNA.

My wife and I moved to Redding recently and Dr. Hanley's clinic was right up the street from us so I decided to see if he could help with some tension in my spine. Today I received an adjustment from him and I feel so much relief already and I can't wait for my next adjustment next week. His examination was thorough and his bedside manner was both jovial and professional. Companied with a well staffed office of assistants, the visit was quick and efficient. My insurance doesn't cover chiropractic treatment so I paid the cash rate which was very affordable. I highly recommend this chiropractic office
