Our new pool deck is amazing!!! The entire process working with Smallwood was professional yet personal. Lankin put the vision we had into possibility and John and his crew made it reality. The crew showed up like clockwork, respected our property and left no doubt that we have a quality product to enjoy for years to come. We can't wait to enjoy our new backyard oasis and were so excited to see and hear the rain roll through our new gutters. I would not hesitate to give Smallwood more of our business. Thank you all!

The small size of the siding job did not deter Smallwood from taking it on. A written contract and time frame was provided. The work was done in fine fashion to include job site clean up and follow up from the office. Every member of the company conducted themselves with professionalism. Would definitely use Smallwood again on my next home improvement project.

Had a few minor hiccups with materials left in the area where we park in driveway the entire weekend before project started, but after that nothing but professional and quality service. There were plenty of workers on site who had everything they needed to finish our deck expediently and efficiently. The deck is beautiful beyond our expectations… and we are looking forward to relaxing and enjoying family and friends there for years to come! I highly recommend Smallwood Renovations to anyone who wants to give total control and trust to a company that will take care of everything from permits
