Brand new house .. told me all I’d have to do was flip a switch to get the fireplace to work. Third time I’ve called- i find it more than frustrating to have to hunt down the people that installed something and it’s not working. Then i was told I’d get noticed when a tech was in the area? So is this about the customer or when it’s convenient for them? I’m confused. I called again no no avail. At this point I’ve called a friend I’ll have better luck

I agree with the bad reviews on here. Our builder used them and I've had two towel racks fall down, most of our interior door handles were installed crooked, none of our pocket doors will lock where they installed the locks, and there is mold from the inside out on the silicone sealing our shower which I can't get rid of and the guard to prevent water from splashing out of the shower rotted and had to be replaced several times. I finally gave up and took it off. Amy Dowdy (owner's wife) told me I didn't need the guard. Yeah right. On top of it, I made the mistake of calling about a frameless shower
