Asked Chris long distance if he would look at a vehicle for me and he did what a nice fellow

I took my car to Prazma after it was involved in an accident and needed some body work done. The other person's insurance took forever to get it processed, but one they did Prazma made sure my car was fixed as soon as they could. It took them less than a week, and my car looked brand new. They even cleaned the inside and my carpets. I would highly recommend them and I will certainly use them again.

I cannot praise Prazma Paint and Auto Body more. We have used them multiple times for fender benders and they always exceed our expectations. The quotes are accurate and fair, they are extremely professional and they are very honest. You cannot ask for more in an auto experience.

The folks at Prazma are extremely accommodating. Not only did they fix our car, they allowed us to store it there along with our bikes for an extra week when we had to go back home for work! Chris and Doris were extremely patient and understanding of our situation getting stuck on vacation! Hopefully we don't have more car troubles in Jackson, but if we do we'll for sure go to them!

Repaired and repainted front and rear bumper and replaced windshield. Windshield was scratched, obviously in manufacture or shipping. Chris turned it right back around without any hassle. Great work. Chris and Doris are exceptionally customer oriented.

I called a week ago to let them know I was bringing my car in for an estimate, they took my information. Today I drove an hour to get here and they were closed. I understand it was "unforeseen circumstances" but a call would have been nice. I took my business elsewhere.

I was in Jackson Hole on vacation and was hit just hard enough to make the car not drivable so the manager Chris promised the car would be done on time so we could drive it back home and he was right the car was as good as new and I would recommend these guys highly !!

Went in with a dented bumper cover. Non-Insurance claim (Out of Pocket). Got a quote on the spot. Went back later and made the appointment. Dropped car off on specified date at 8am as they arrived to take the key. They called me at 2pm, went at got the car and it looked brand new: quality work. Good Labor Rates, Good part/replacement rate. Obviously experienced on what they do. All went smoother and painless than expected. The estimate was spot on, although I was prepared to pay more as often with work of this kind, you wont find out the real damage until you get working on the issue.

In our instance, this is NOT TRUE at all! I had them fix my teardrop trailer fender that I knocked off while parking. I was thankful that they had offered to attach it for me while I waited. But after 2 weeks or so of highway driving the fender flew off!

A big pickup truck hooked my back bumper. I got an estimate and scheduled an appointment. The work was done on time and for a fair price. I give the folks from Prazma high marks for professionalism and quality.

I am so happy, my car was done quickly and looks perfect. I cannot tell where the body work was done, looks brand new. Best experience I have had with a body shop.

Went in for an estimate for collision damage and got quick and friendly service. Decided to use them for the repair. The car was returned to me quickly and the repair was outstanding. It looked as good as new. Outstanding service and workmanship.

Don't trust them! They repaired my car using cheap parts, but charged my insurance for authentic manufacturer's parts. SCAMMERS. I only discovered it recently when the part started showing wear much sooner than the original parts on the car! Said they replaced a part, but just fixed the dent and repainted. How do I know? They painted over the original VIN sticker! SCAMMERS!

I normal never deal with anyone but the dealer that I got my car from, but when I had to get repair done and I was 200 miles from my dealer I trusted them with the job. I was skeptical at first but I spoke with the owner and he reassured me that everything was fine. I got my car back yesterday and it looks 100% brand new. THanks!
