I was skeptical of using these guys due to the reviews, we just got into town last night and the starter on our E350 diesel van was going out.
They replaced it with a NAPA starter and it wasn’t working, they sent it back and got a Carquest starter - the cost was $155 less than the original quote.
I highly recommend using them.

These kind humans went above and beyond for my wife and I when we came in with a serious problem with ine of my trucks main lines from the brake master cylinder. As busy as they were, at what I assume is the beginning of the peak season for them. They pit the truck up on the lift and gave it to us straight. After all wS said and done they gave us a bottle of dot 3 brake fluid and sent us on our way. P.S. to y'all, I JB welded it and we are now in Huntington Beach, sitting at about 2200 miles now & running 💪strong! Good looking out guys!!!

These guys were amazing! We had scary levels of brake vibration coming over the pass from Idaho. Didn’t feel comfortable heading back without brake service. They got us in right away and took a look. We didn’t have any other transportation, so Jimmy from their office loaned us his car for the day! Went way above and beyond and fixed our brakes and rotors right away. Did great work.

Levi and his staff are incredible! I have an older (2004) Dodge pick up that needed some love. (Steering rack, power steering pump, tune up, and more). Levi was open and up front about what the truck needed, got me a fair estimate (even worked within my budget to be able to get the most important repairs done first), and got it done quickly. He is a very friendly and honest person, and I trust them to do all future work on my vehicles. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle in to Auto Tech if you have any mechanical needs.

Had my check engine come on while in the Tetons and Levi and the Team worked magic by getting my newly married wife and I back on the road under 24hours for a reasonable price. I got updates as they diagnosed the problem and they let me know which services would be necessary to make sure we finished our 5000 mile road trip in one piece. Couldn’t be happier, they saved our honeymoon!

I was on vacation when my alternator died. The tow truck service towed it here and I was a bit worried because of the reviews. The estimate included replacing the alternator and battery. I asked just for the alternator because I planed on doing that myself. They did exactly what I asked and the price was reasonable. It's been a few weeks and no issues.

While on vacation in Wyoming our Mercedes GL450 went into limp mode. Called several places looking for someone who could work on our car. Luckily, we found Levi. He was able to work us into his schedule at short notice and fix the problem. And, he didn't charge us a crazy amount. Had us back on the road in no time. Very happy with the service we received.

Jimmy and Isaias were extremely helpful. I went to another place before coming and they told me that changing my battery would take all day and probably had to leave it overnight. However, here Jimmy was quick to help me, checked what the problem was and quick to fix it. I was only here less than one hour. I'm so grateful because I needed my battery change as soon as possible. Don't waste your money. I took my brother's truck in for a $60 basic check up. They said the timing belt was an original and water pump, stating I would have to change that soon. I asked them to adjust the clutch and they did not. I was charged $130 for nothing done. The water pump and timing belt were changed at 180k. Go to a place where the techs are trained and know what they are doing...don't go to these flunkies.

We were having problems with our battery on a long road trip out west. We must have left lights on or a door open - but more than once! We were worried about going much further and decided to have it checked. Auto Tech was open on Saturday so we decided to try them. They were helpful and friendly and looked at it right away. Told us that everything checked out great. So relieved.

No complaints from me! Called ahead of time of what I needed done so they knew what to expect when I got there. Oil change, rotate and balance and get window back up and working. I wasn't about to drive to Denver with one window missing. Levi was very accommodating and car was ready when he said it would be. All in all the final bill wasn't outrageous. If you're a AAA member make sure to ask for a discount.

Auto Tech was great in helping me get my truck and camper back on the road. A brake caliper bolt fell out and they had to source a part rather than wait a couple days to get a genuine Toyota part. Auto Tech, especially Levi, was most accommodating and cool-headed in a place where customers were coming in constantly.
The staff updated me on the repairs as they were occurring and got me on the road within 2 hours.
I see people complaining that a simple fix costs $100 or more, but mechanics need to make a living too and their time is worth money - just like yours.

My Tahoe died on a Sunday morning while visiting Jackson. I thought it was the fuel pump, but it turned out to be the ignition module. I selected Auto Tech because they were the only ones that answered the phone on Sunday. They towed my vehicle in first thing Monday morning and had it repaired in less than three hours and cheaper than the price they quoted me over the phone. I'm absolutely happy with the service they provided!

We're from So. Cal. Our brakes got hot and smoky as we approached Jackson WY. We went to 2 auto shops who wouldn't even look at our truck. Then I referred to AAA listings and found Auto Tech. The gentleman who serviced us, Ryan, was extremely helpful. Not only did he look at our brakes within 20 minutes, he showed us what happened to the pads and told us they were ok. We had been afraid we'd get gouged since we were from out of town. We did not. It was s reasonable charge for the time they took to inspect.

This review is more than a year late, but better late than never....
I was on the 3rd day of a road trip from CA through WY in Oct 2013. I had got the transmission fluid changed a couple of days before the trip started. While near Jackson WY, I noticed that my transmission was grinding at low gears. I looked underneath the engine and noticed a steady transmission fluid drip. I stopped driving immediately & got my car towed to Auto Tech.
I have never dealt with an auto shop outside of CA and definitely never on a road trip. I feared that looking at my CA plates, these guys would take me for
