I'm a small business owner in Joliet and have been a faithful customer for quite a number of years and I called and spoke with a lady named Penny and asked if they could please ask someone to look for a set of keys for a vehicle that we might of left in one of the uniform pocket's, i didn't receive a call back and after not hearing from them 26 hours later i called them and spoke with the same person and she said her co=worker told her nothing was turned in so there for the keys were probably not there. i was asking if someone had actually went to the plant to ask when she ruddy cut me off and

Avoid AJAX due to poor communication and sneaky business practices. Although our school building wanted to end their towel service years ago, we were in a long-term contract and could not. We finished out the contract and In the final year of the contract, we called the company and explained that we wanted to finish out the school year with their services and then end their services. The employee we spoke with accepted our verbal request but failed to tell us that we would need to submit a certified letter to the president of the company at least 60 days prior to the end of the contract, otherwise

I am a small business owner in Shorewood. Shortly before opening in late 2013, I contracted with Ajax for 2 floor mats. The delivery people are courteous and pleasant to work with and arrived as scheduled. But after 3 years I decided to cancel the contract as the price rose each year and it seemed an expense I did not need. When I called the company to do so I was told that as the back of the original contract indicated, the only way to cancel was by registered mail 60 days or more before the contract ended. As a result my contract was rolled over for another 3 years! There had been no contact
