Ben is very knowledgeable about rural property. With a degree in forestry, it allows him to give a buyer input that a realestate agent, that is only a sales person, can’t provide. He goes above and beyond to help at every stage of the research, verification, and purchase process. Even after the sale, he has continued to be a source of information and support. Amazing service working with Thomas. Not only did he continuously work to find properties we might be interested in, but he kept refining based on feedback.... All through phone calls and emails since we were in two different states.
