Conveniently located in South Burlington within walking distance to grocery stores pharmacies and restaurants. Like the fact that you can park right outside of your room. Unable to enjoy the pool because it is winter in Vermont. Room was very clean and comfortable. And the process of relocating back to Vermont so will be staying here long-term and cannot complain about the rate or the willingness of the staff and owners to help out and to work with us during our relocation

Will not stay at this place again. We stayed here for a night out and, When we arrived, I walked in and asked if there was a room, and if they had AC. The guy at the desk was very rude, replied with yah and running water. We went to our room #31. The room smelled musky the carpets were gross. We didn't even take a shower as the tub was very dirty. We ended up leaving at 7am because we could not take being here any longer. We would have asked for a new room but did not want to ask the rude guy at the front desk. Beware

I come North every July and always stay at the Ethan Allen Motel for a couple weeks. Most of the rooms are very comfortable with a small fridge and microwave. I don't recommend staying in room #31. The A/C doesn't cool and the afternoon sun shines into the big front window making the room even warmer, even with the thin drape closed. The best rooms are on the other side, next to the office. I'm from Florida but inside temperature of 80+ is a little warm for me.
