Went here on a recommendation. What a waste of time this was and $$$$ money !!! I notice they're hiding some of they're bad reviews on here also . During this covid thing you hv to spend money wisely . There are more deserving places to go . The stylists conversations on the floor were appalling . My color was streaked!! I've never ever seen that before !! The place is boring and not spa like at all . I want to relax and feel my money is well spent . Save your money people . I hear Robert's is excellent. I have my first appt next week . Also using my daughter in laws email .

This salon is very run down and disorganized. Doesn’t have a very clean updated modern vibe. Tequila, the girl who tried to do my hair said she couldn’t do my hair because she didn’t schedule enough time for me. Then she proceeded to tell me I had dandruff. Which no other salon has ever told me I have any dandruff issues. Then she couldn’t figure out how to run my credit card. Will never go back.

I called before I went and asked how much a cut and color was and was told $80. When I was done she charged me $175. I was shocked but what do you do when you’re done? The cut was great and the color was just a transition because I was trying to go blonde, so I had to return for a second visit. Expecting to be charged $175- that time...when I was finished I was charged $250!!! ( And the finished result was not at all what I wanted so I ended up having to go somewhere else to fix it.) The gal was friendly and thorough, but I felt like I had been charged a random price off the top of her head.

I had gone in to fix my bleached hair to darken to my natural color, and wasn't happy after the initial visit. Weeks later, I called to ask what could be done. Jim, the owner was so accomodating and helpful in being willing to fix my concerns in a fair and generous way. I felt such a personal connection and respect from this business the caring people there!

I've had my hair colored since I was a teenager. I'm 41 now. I went there for a foil and cut and it was the best color and cut I ever received. I love Aveda products. My hair wasn't dry, like it is after a lot of colorings. It was beautiful. The staff was friendly, the salon was clean. I didn't visit the Spa part, but could see there's an area for it in back. I definitely would recommend it. If you need Aveda products, this is the place to go. They have everything and a person like me, who loves them, could go crazy in that store. Specifically sought out this salon because they were affiliated with Aveda. They're far from being an Aveda salon and they're certainly no spa!! This old, dirty run down place is a DUMP!! It's gross inside. I had been there a couple times for services...haircut and color to be exact. Recently, my stylist found a new job and put in her notice. As a single mother myself, I understand moving on to bigger and better things, so who's to blame her.
