We came here on a Groupon deal and it was an OK massage and place. We read that they up sell the pressure and they do but they were upfront about it. It was a short massage but for the price and a mimosa waiting for you at the end, I can accept that. I would come here more often if I lived in the Castleton area but I would definitely recommend this place for the Groupon deal.

This is not a "spa" at all. It is a glorified foot finesse! We bought the groupon to try it out and had booked a 90 minute massage. When we got there we were immediately upcharged $30 because we wanted medium pressure and the massage ended at 50 minutes. When we checked out, the girl said she hadn't realized it was a 90 minute but she could have the workers rub our feet for another 30 minutes! What?? We did a Swedish massage and when you are filling out the form they ask if you would like light medium or hard. If you chose medium or hard, they will charge an additional $15. I didn't like that additional fee being added. I went ahead and did light and my friend did medium.

Had a couples massage here and we left more sore than when we came in. Seemed like they didn't look at our forms where we indicated what areas we would have liked them to focus on. One of the therapists left the room several times. The hot stone part was nice at least. The package we got was supposed to include a foot and/or scalp treatment and I don't think either of those happened. Was definitely disappointed considering how much we spent.

We took my Mom for an early Mother's Day gift yesterday. The chocolates, strawberries, and mimosas that were included in our package were fresh. I'm pregnant so I just had orange juice but they were accommodating. My prenatal massage cost $15 extra but I'm not sure why. I was given a gift of a couple's swedish massage with 2 mimosas for me and my daughter. I was charged $15 each. for medium to hard pressure. I feel some type of way because it was a gift. There were some ill feelings from them having to render service that was subtle but obvious. Then the lady told me after I paid to NOT PURCHASE ON GROUPON. So why sell on GROUPON if you are not happy to work with the vendor and makes me question is this extra charge legit because they were trying to make up lost wages for selling on GROUPON. So I had a couples massage & it was really good. However, the experience in the spa was a little short of being garbage. The speakers in the room were very staticy, messed up our mood/concentration (which we prolly could've asked for it be turned off but we didn't). However that's not the bad part. The bad part is when it was time to pay, we were already being asked for way too many up charges (which is normal is any business, however it was more of the being pushy).

I visited this place two years ago and was very unsatisfied. However I just recently gave this place another try and had Emma for a deep tissue massage. If you prefer firm, she's your girl!
However, if you go with their Groupon. Their deep tissue does not include firm without a $10 up charge??

I definitely enjoyed my trip to MoCee! My guy and I went in for a couple's massage. The staff were pleasant, the place was clean. The price was fantastic! They did give us mimosas and little chocolates complimentary with the package we selected! Only complaint, my therapist was a little more firm on my back than I liked, but didn't realize it til I got home with a slightly sore back. But other than that, we enjoyed the thorough and friendly workers.

Was here for a bachelorette and the owner was very responsive while we booked an appointment around 11:45pm for next day 10am.. we however could not make it and had to reschedule for 3pm the same day and the owner was accomodating.. we went there and they let you fill out forms explaining your skin type and type of massage.. the staff was very nice and we did have a nice relaxing Indulge yourself package massage.. we did not use any groupon but directly purchased it from their website..the whole experience lasted for 2 hours and it was a nice relaxing experience

I tried a "60-minute" massage from Groupon for Avia spa. Big mistake. I called made an appointment and they gave me the "new" address. Then on the day of my appointment they acted like they had no clue I was coming. Waited and they really pushed the up-charges for a firm Swedish massage. Fine, a buckled (I'm passive). But the massage was horrible. Not stress relieving at all, and I left with a hip pain that is still there a month later. The guy that did the massage made me feel awkward. Avoid this place at all costs.

Just okay. Went here after getting a Groupon as a gift for a free 60 minute Swedish massage. Everything was clean the the front desk staff were friendly and polite! The massage was nice but nothing spectacular. It made me a little uncomfortable that the massage therapist didn't come meet me before the massage. The massage also didn't quite last 60 minutes. The therapist came in at about 4:10 and left promptly at 5:00 after stopping abruptly and saying "times up." So I had a good time at this spa however, I've had better. We went for a friends surprise engagement celebration. When we arrived things felt so rushed and a bit scattered. My friend and I were able to try MoCee Day Spa and I was pleased. Before we went, I contemplated on purchasing the Groupon, but instead I spoke to the manager Daniel, and he told me to just set my appointment , walk in and pay after the massage was done. Wonderful experience here! My boyfriend and I received the forever sweetheart package. The staff was very friendly, and they gave us a little form to give them details on the massage style we wanted. We were given mimosas, fruit, and chocolates. The room was decorated with candles, flowers, and lights. There was relaxing music playing the entire time as well. This package came with hot stones, and you could decide between a scalp massage or foot reflexology in addition to everything else. The price was a great deal for everything you get. Definitely going back there sometime!
