Bought a 2009 Vespa sight unseen. Tracy sent videos and walked me thru what maintenance was done. Myron worked the deal and I sent a check. A week later Angie had all my paperwork in my hands. Great team. I don't think I'll be making the 4.5 hour trip on a Vespa to go thank you guys in person, but thank you very much for making this experience so smooth. "

We live near Dayton, Ohio and traveled to our more local shops only to realize what we wanted would have to be ordered and definitely would not be in time for our guy's birthday. I can not thank Thorton’s enough for the compassion they showed me and my family this summer when my father passed away. His side by side was at Thorton’s waiting for repairs. We had requested to pick it up for a ride we were going to do in memory of my father. They went above and beyond and detailed the side by side having it look better then the day he first purchased it. It was an extremely kind gesture and we were so appreciative. Thank You!

"I have to say this was the most pleasant buying experience I have had in years. I am also in retail sales and understand the importance of leaving a positive and lasting impression.
