The roots of Silver Creek Antique & Estate trace back to 1938 in Bristol, Rhode Island. As many of the grand Newport "Cottages" were sadly demolished or sold for taxes and family collections from pre-Revolutionary homes were put up for sale, Silver Creek Antiques acquired the priceless antiques that built the foundation of its vast collection.
We offer the unique opportunity to provide property masters and set designers true period pieces and one of a kind items perfect for any film project. We work closely with prop buyers to ensure continuity in period films with selections from our curated collection of rare and beautiful antiques, collectibles and unusual items.

Designer's dream. THE shop for the classic collector. High end, beautifully displayed with an astonishing mix of time periods. Serious antiques mixed with really unusual finds. As an interior designer, this is my go to place. Owner is really creative and finds ways to use things I never would have dreamed of. I'm comfortable enough to send my clients directly to her, because I trust her ability and taste level to equal what I am creating for their homes. You never know what you will find here. One thing - Make sure you call first to see if they are open. They do a lot of off site consulting and

I always have great experience here. I love exploring the new displays and offerings, the creative windows draw me in every time they are changed. The shop is small for its unbelievable inventory but somehow it works. Recently I consigned some rather fine pieces from my Aunt's home and have been extremely happy with the service and attention the owner has given us. The only advice I would give her is to get a bigger shop! I can only imagine what she could do with more space.
