MOST IMPORTANT HONESTY: STORY LINE - LITTLE NECK, NY QUEENS ESTATE SALE: A Long Island psychiatrist would hold his practice once a week at his mother's house in Queens. After the session, he would give his mother the co-pay and keep the money the insurance gave him. We did the estate sale. After the sale, we did the cleanout.
Executors of an estate, people moving to a retirement home, nursing home, moving in-state or out of state, and downsizing are few of the clients that can use us. Basically, any person who needs to sell most of their home's contents. Our motto is everything sells but we cannot guarantee that we will sell everything.

My wife and I just had a tag sale in Oceanside , followed by a clean out. Marc and his team ( shout out to Steve and John , and the 3 young fit kids ) were extremely easy to deal with. They are seasoned professionals , who know their craft. The team made a very stressful move considerably easier, due to their expertise and experience. I would give them 6 stars , but 5 stars are the max...good job guys !

Marc is knowledgeable on a wide range of items. If he doesn't know it, he has contacts to get a proper assessment of any item. He is honest and caring and does a great job in Estate Sales and Clean Outs. I have been working with him for many years and would not hesitate to recommend him if you are thinking about monetizing some of this things you have saved over the years. He and his people are sensitive to special situations and do an efficient and professional job.

I have recently become interested in estate sales and attended a few of Marc's sales. His sales are organized and make it so the items are very easy to find. It was my pleasure to work with Marc and his team for a clean out and move for my office and I referred him to my boss to assist her upon the death of her father. He was able to review and price items and handled the clean out beautifully with care. My boss loved him and I highly recommend him and his team. They are terrific!!

If you wanna sell at eBay prices, then sell on eBay, it’s that simple. Do not scam people at estate sales by trying to sell an item to them for $5 less than what it’s worth on eBay. Had to wait and track him down at a sale after being yelled at that he was the only one doing prices. He then proceeded to look at my items that I dug for and found (he clearly didn’t even know it was in the inventory of the the estate sale) and told me to wait until he ran eBay comps so that he could give me a price for them. I then actually had to help him run the eBay comps as he only knew how to scan the barcode
