My name is Michelle and I am the Nurse Practitioner at VIVIFY plastic surgery. I attended nursing school at Auburn University. After graduating nursing school I worked as a neurosurgical ICU nurse. I graduated with my nurse practitioner degree from Gonzaga University in WA state. I am board certified by the AANP and the ANCC.
Designed with an aesthetic and precision that matches our work. Our office is designed to feel exclusive enough that our patients feel like they're walking into an upscale boutique, but warm enough that they also feel welcome. To say that I am in LOVE with Michelle Buchanan’s work would be an understatement. She has helped me look more like myself, only 10 years younger. I have Botox and filler and I am always receiving compliments on how youthful, but natural I look. We always begin the appointment with her listening to my concerns and goals, a thorough assessment of my trouble areas, and then a discussion of all options. After putting off a tummy tuck for years, I wish I would have done it sooner and couldn’t be happier with the results! I did my research and interviewed many surgeons, nationwide, until I found the right fit. After the first of two virtual visits with Dr. Buchanan, I decided to go with my instinct and travel 2600 miles for my procedures (I also opted to get a mini thigh lift). Out of all the places I looked at for my surgery. I am so thankful I found VIVIFY. DR. Buchanan is absolutely spectacular. I’m in my healing process and they made me feel so much more at ease. The idea of surgery has always terrified me. But the process couldn’t have been more smooth. All the ladies as well were so nice both pre and post op. I wish I could give more stars!
Dr. Buchanan and his team are truly miracle workers. From fitting in a breast augmentation absolutely last minute, coming from out of state. (Literally asked what the soonest appointment was and was in surgery two weeks later. I only had a very small time frame, and they made this so stress free) not to mention their pricing is all inclusive, priced perfectly, and ridiculously easy to finance if needed.
To helping me achieve my goals for my breast augmentation flawlessly and discussing all aspects of size, shape and things I didn’t even know to ask.

Dr. Bucannan and his team are truly amazing! From the moment I walked in for my first appointment they made me feel comfortable and we're willing to spend all of the time I needed to get my questions answered. Surgery day was really easy too! The staff at the surgery center was so great! Recovery was a breeze and the follow up appointments were easy! He is an artist and gave me the feminine look and feel I had been missing! I'd go back to him over and over!

I truly, love Dr. Buchanan and his staff. I went in during the late summer for a consultation, I left leaving confident that he will be my surgeon. He was nice, kind and funny. He listened to my concerns, discussed with me carefully what I can expect from the surgery, before, during and after. The day of surgery, he took time to talk to me about my surgery and checked in on me while I waited for my time to go to the or room. I can't say enough things about him and his staff, Hunter his medical assistant is phenomenal, she listens and talk to Dr. Buchanan about any concerns you may have. Thank you

I consulted with 4 other surgeons before meeting Dr. Buchanan and knew immediately when I met him that I wanted him to do my surgery. The energy in his office is so inviting - from the staff, to the music they play, even his color choices and art on the walls. These things don't go unnoticed!
I am currently 2 weeks post breast explant and lift, and there's truly nothing I would change about my experience. He and his staff have been so incredibly accommodating, encouraging, and pleasant to deal with that I never once felt like an inconvenience.

The moment you walk into Vivify you will be impressed with how modern and clean the establishment is. All the girls at the help desk are very kind and accommodating. If I ever needed to change an appointment they were always understanding and helpful. The girls are able to answer any questions you may have, and make you feel super comfortable even when you may be half naked lol. Dr. Buchanan is a total professional and an excellent surgeon. He is a good listener and has great taste. Once you tell him what you want he will offer you suggestions on what he thinks will work best for your body. From

I chose Dr Buchanan to perform my breast reduction and couldn't be happier with the results. He was very patient with me beforehand, as I was a bit nervous. He's an excellent surgeon but also a kind and compassionate person whose confidence gave me courage too. Everything went well with the surgery and he was as conscientious as could be with the aftercare, where I find a lot of doctors slack off. All in all, I'm very grateful to have found him.

Dr. Buchanan is amazing! He is so caring and such a great surgeon. I came in with some concerns that my implants were making me sick and he took the time to go over every option with me and he made me feel so comfortable. The staff is also amazing. They are so sweet and kind and always answered all my questions right away. I ended up having my implants removed with Dr. Buchanan and he genuinely cares about his patients. He also cut out a burn scar and revised that. He did an amazing job!
