The best bike I ever bought from this company. It's great in every way. I got the M-60 R7. This is more of a moped than a bike, with plenty of range to explore all those places you can only look at through a car window. V

This bike is totally AWESOME. I'm 66 years old and as you can see I'm partially disabled. I can't remember ever having this much fun on a bicycle. I totally recommend add motor. I had an issue with the forks they replaced the forks just in a matter of a couple of days and I'm back on the road. This thing is great.

Just wait until you need service support. It doesn't exist. Dealers of ebikes only service what they sell. I have called and they state that you have to request service through the email for support. I have emailed 4 times over one month. They acknowledge receipt of my email but nothing more. Don't buy one of these if you are ever going to need service, you'll just have to take it to the dump!

The Addmotor adventure started out rocky with the site saying that my e-bike was "in stock and ready to ship." That turned out not to be the case, and I was stuck waiting for two weeks before it shipped out. Two weeks isn't the end of the world, however the only reason I ordered from Addmotor rather than a competitor was due to the misleading "in stock and ready to ship" tag line. When I reached out to them about the matter, they didn't really seem too vested in the issue outside of what appeared to be a, "Please don't cancel," attitude.
