We opened our first distribution center in Los Angeles, Ca. USA in 1998 to streamline sales and distribution of our products in the U.S. and to support our large factory in Guangzhou China.
Micargi has been serving the needs of customers for decades. Over the years, we've built multiple collections to serve the cycling needs of people all over the world. I purchased an E bike through Micargi vendor and experienced an issue with my bicycle motor. I arranged an appointment to see a customer service representative by the name of Cameron at the Micargi office. The team at Micargi conducted an evaluation and took care of the problem without hesitation. I highly recommend the company, the product and The customer service team at Micargi. They will take good care of you.

So this review is mainly about the vendor they chose to sell their bikes (JBikes) but also about how the company Micargi is not helping a customer to resolve a long standing issue that JBikes is not resolving.
The problem is that I ordered a bicycle for Christmas and the rear fender was damaged out of the box. The worst part is that I live in Florida and cannot return the bike to the store in CA. The part of the fender that is damaged was already assembled, so I'm not even sure I can replace the rear fender myself.

I bought a bike on Amazon and the bike seat was damaged. This manufacture required that Amazon do a three way call to verify the invoice. I sent them all the information as well through their website. After 2 weeks and numerous emails back and forth, I still do not have my replacement bike seat for my Christmas gift to my daughter. They do not comply with their warranty as stated with the manual that came with the bike.
