Lori M. Yocum specializes in estate planning and probate and trust administration. Ms. Yocum has over two decades of experience and is a founding member of Anderson & Yocum, APC, and was a partner at its predecessor firm, Hinchy, Witte, Wood & Anderson, LLP. Her close ties to accountants, brokers, trust officers and other financial advisors allows Ms. Yocum to maximize estate planning services through collaboration with other professionals.
Gayle F. Anderson specialized in estate planning in the San Diego community and Southern California for over four decades. He was a founding member of Anderson & Yocum, APC, and its predecessor firm, Hinchy, Witte, Wood & Anderson, LLP. Mr. Anderson received a Bachelor of Science degree, with distinction, from San Diego State University in 1959.
Mary Kloha is the firm's office administrator with over 25 years of experience in office management in San Diego County. Mrs. Kloha has worked with Anderson & Yocum, APC, since its founding, and had worked with its predecessor firm, Hinchy, Witte, Wood & Anderson, LLP, since 2007. Mrs. Kloha earned a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Long Beach, where she majored in Marketing and Business Computer Methods.

Terrible experience with this firm. At that time Gayle Anderson came personally to our residence to create a Trust for my Mother’s estate. Upon her passing I began the process of dividing the assets of the estate to the two heirs. Obviously I thought this would go smoothly thanks to the Trust. Wrong!!! The IRA’s that represented 70% of the estate were put inside the Trust as the beneficiary instead of the name of the heirs! Can you imagine an estate attorney not knowing an IRA avoids probate. Lori Yocum has been our family lawyer for many, many years and we wholeheartedly trust her with all of our family's legal needs. She has set up our Family trust and each of our kids' Power of Attorneys for when they went off to college. These documents were vitally important so that we had access to their medical files and doctors in the event of an emergency as they are both now over 18. In addition to servicing our family, she has also played an integral part with numerous clients that we have sent her way. Stay away from Lori Yocum. She is dishonest and a criminal. She broke the law to protect other criminals. Her notary is at will , without parties being present. Lori is avasive and will advoid you at her convienince. She claims to have sent out important paperwork. But lied and never sent one item. This is a pattern of wreckless representation. Look at other reviews. Stay away from this blue collar criminal.

The lawyer Adam Sherry is a con artist. He will create division amongst family to cushion his heartless pocket. This so called lawyer was involved in stealing my car after i soley cared for my dad alone.....the greedy got greedy and the innocent got beaten by his selfish whip.....he has no compassion for humans...just for his almighty pocket.
