Very responsive to my inquiry and contacting me to schedule a pick up. When they arrived, (crew of 2) they were very personable and professional and were able to remove my items quickly and efficiently!. These guys were very nice and efficient with having my stuff removed from the small apartment! We had a great experience and would highly recommend them!
After a long day of cleaning up and clearing clutter, the last thing you want to do is haul all that junk into your car (if you even have one) and drive somewhere to drop it off. In fact, when it comes to metal recycling, appliance recycling, and electronic recycling, you may not even be able to just drop it off without some preparation.
If you're hiring someone to remove your bulk trash, debris, basement garbage or other unwanted items, use the list of questions below to make sure the job will be done right. I called this company to see about just having an air hockey table moved from my upstairs to downstairs to a waiting truck. The questions this guy asked made him seem almost deficient. I had to repeat myself several times, he asked me questions as though my explanation of what I needed was in another language when it was so very simple. Move an air hockey table from upstairs to downstairs. Period. I explained several times that the table was easy to get in and out, it was just heavy. That apparently did not mean what I said.

Mike showed up on time. He gave me a price over the phone, but said we could negotiate up or down depending on what I had. I should have rented a truck from Home Depot since it was only a pickup load size and weight. The cost would have been less than 1/2 the $200 he charged me. I tried negotiating with him but no luck, so I gave up. Wouldn't use again. Ron

Mike is just what you need for junk haul removal. I was able to call him in the morning and have junk hauled out by then evening. That was very convenient for me to get it taken care of in one day. He asked what I had and gave me a great quote. He showed up with an assistant and took everything away. It says takes cards on the website but I was able to pay straight cash which was awesome. I'd use this service again!

Great service and great price! Very fast response and also texted us on his way. We were prepping our house for sale and had 10 years of misc stuff to get rid of - old BBQ, desk, old metal shed, etc and a ton of Oleander branches. Mike took it all with friendly fast service. Highly recommend and will use again if needed.

I had to get rid of an old mattress before I moved out of my apartment. When I called, he promised he could be here within the hour to pick it up, for a flat $100. He had me text the address, and he was there about 30 minutes later. He texted to let me know when he was on his way, and when he arrived so I wasn't sitting around waiting. Mike and his assistant were pleasant, and got the job done quickly. At my request, he wrote out a receipt for me, and that was finished. They saved me a lot of stress.

Just when you thought there were no more honest people left in the world, here's a success story. Mike was extremely responsive and took care of my project sooner than I anticipated. AZ Metro Hauling was the best priced service after I shopped around. Two guys and a truck helped me more than I thought, meaning the job I had was crazy big and they made it easy. He even pointed out a couple items I had that I could sell on Craigslist which pretty much paid for his services. Highly recommend.. Thanks a bunch.
