Had full stereo system put in my husband's truck. Had to take truck back because it kept cutting out. They said they fixed it but the issue continued. Moved out state and took to another shop and the stereo system had to be rewired and the JBL speakers they said they put in were not. They put cheap speakers in and taped the tweeters in. Had to pay another $1000 to be fixed properly. Please be aware.

Amazing work staff were friendly and answered all questions, as well the price we were given was a lot more affordable then most places we looked at. We had our Dodge 2018 set up from head to toes and it sounds amazing! We scheduled day of installation took a few hours and before we drove off they took the time to answer any maintenance questions. Will be going back to take my other car to get a better sound.... recommend this place very much 👌

I have been going here for a while. Alex has tinted two of my cars and has helped family members and friends with stereos and tint. As for issues, any that I have had he has worked with me to resolve in a timely manner. I.E. bubbles in tints etc. I know you cant please everyone and I know everyone has a bad day, but I dont understand the negative reviews when it comes to Audio Shack. Me personally I contacted audio shack through yelp, because of the reviews they have and I have not been disappointed yet. But in all fairness like I said before people have bad days. I love this shop! One stop. Alex is the man when it comes to knowledge and professionalism. The work and quality of materials used is worth it! They really make sure you get what you want. No up sell of things you don't need. And never pushed to something you don't want. There tint quality is on spot. I always recommend my family and friends to this shop. They truly are like family when you leave that place. They take care of your vehicle. Shop is easy to spot from the main street. Food places near by if you want to wait for your car. Alex great job!
