If i can give a 0 star this would be the first place to receive it. They quoted me 200$ with an apt at 3:45 pm With lifetime warranty I have text msg. I get there and they say they will not see me until 7 pm and maybe be finished at 9 or 9:30pm then they also tell me that its going to be around 275$ with no lifetime warranty only life time warranty is if you buy the expensive tint of like 350$. These people are fraud and just want you to show up and try to hustle you. Plus after this happened i come to find out they buy most if not all their good reviews

Worst experience I've ever had with a business / business owner. The sheer lack of empathy, kindness, or ability to take responsibility for the mistakes they made was truly remarkable. Not a shred of professionalism to be found. Go anywhere but here.

I came to SD Power Customs to have my rims upgraded and am pleased with the experience and the final result. I made the drive down from Carlsbad to their location in El Cajon because of their solid online reviews and it was definitely worth the hour drive. I felt they did a thorough job explaining my options and being that I wanted flexibility to change the look in the future, I chose to have them apply the gloss finish Plasti Dip. The rims and final results came out phenomenal. It was a lengthy process (about 6 hours total) but this is merely a reflection of how meticulous the quality of work

I got there at 10:40am then was told it would take 2 hours to tint 5 windows. Then after waiting the 2 hours I checked on the car and they still hadn't even started. They told me "oh it'll take at least another hour and a half". So at the end of it all it took over 4 and a half hours for them to tint my windows. I wasn't out of there until 3:45. Then to top it all off their website said it would be $200 but then proceeded to get charged $250 for the poor service. Absolutely do not recommend giving them business.

I called ahead and was able to get a quote and set up an appointment for the next day, which is hard for other local shops as they are booked until 4 weeks later. My car was served immediately by Juan who was the only employee for that day. He got to work and did a phonemical job wrapping the roof of my car, and would ask me to check out the progress of the vehicle. Juan did an amazing job and would definitely recommend to anyone local to San Diego for their competitive pricing and quality of the job. There is a waiting room available and plazas around to past time as well.

Scheduled an appointment for March 29 at 9am for a chrome delete wrap in black. (Btw they charge to make an appointment). I show up and the guy is not there. I waited until 9:30 until another employee took my car. Now they are quoting me a price of $1,150 when the owner had originally said $800. (Yes, I sent pictures of everything I wanted.) Well I went to this place seeing that it had many good reviews. Don't be fooled.... it's not the best quality what so ever. I coughed up $300 dollars just for a spoiler wrap. I payed even though it was overpriced I thought I was going to get decent quality so I was okay with that. But, two months later bubbles started appearing also its start peeling off where they cut the wrap. I took good care for the wrap too no harsh cleaning products and avoided any sun damage since I alway cover my car outside.For $300 dollar spoiler wrap I'm extremely disappointed with this work.

Dropped my car off with the owner and I wanted to get my lights blacked out on my Porsche. When I dropped it off I asked the owner his opinion on tint color and I went with his suggestion. If you only read one review, read this one. I brought my car up there to get my roof and spoiler wrapped. Fast forward a few months and I notice my roof wrap is no longer flush with the roof and there were big bubbles almost like air pockets at the top. To take it one step further, I disassembled my whole car to work on it and I noticed the deepest scratch under my spoiler. I went there to try and rectify the situation but they had no explanation for the roof and told me they couldn't do anything for me in terms of the scratch on the spoiler. I read a lot of reviews and trust me I know there are a lot of choices out here but SD Power Customs is where you need to go for all your car needs. I will post pics soon - since I can't post the video - but I'm in love love with my car even more than I was before. The owner is super awesome and Juan did an amazing job on my car. Came to power customs to get tint done on my civic. I didn't make an appointment and still got it done on a Sunday. I had to wait a bit but, hence no appointment was made. Overall it looks clean and applied accordingly. Besides the wait time, they really did a great job on it. It comes with a lifetime warranty so that's a plus also.

Before I even take my new cars home, I take them here! I have used these guy for a couple of jobs: window tints, accent decals, headlight tints. Professional, clean, meets their time frames has appointments, prices are good. I will bring all my vehicles there. If you make an appointment then can even work while you have lunch and get it done.
