Our Soft Wash Roof Treatment is the latest technique in the roof cleaning industry. Soft wash stands for a low PSI detergent application. You don't want to pressure wash your roof! It will take years off of it and cause major damage. We start by clearing off the roof of all large debris then a soap down of the entire roof.

We were in dire need of their service for our parking lot and the area where we keep our dumpsters. We are a busy restaurant. We had them come out and they had their work cut out for them. They did an amazing job. The owner was friendly, used environmentally safe products still protected the drains and was able to get it looking brand new new. I was expecting to pay a lot with the amount of work that was done. When I got the total I felt it was fair, worth every penny and way under what I thought it would be. Like many homes on the Sound ours was developing mold patches, but I was concerned paint might be removed in the cleaning process.
After meeting Jake Martinez from Best and Brightest Power Wash, my concerns were eased.
Today our house is sparkling clean, the paint intact, and we are thrilled with his work and attention to detail. And in a couple years, Best and Brightest will be welcomed back. And I will further add, Jake is one fine guy—friendly, articulate, and skilled.
