The worst ever, a bunch of liars make sure you call the county appraiser office and comptroller before talking to them to see if there actually any real delays (they are blaming there errors on COVID instead of taking accountability and apologizing. They did not submit my documents for filing on time 6 weeks later today I had to call in for them to send in my documents).. Horrible customer service when you try to express concerns. Overall Unprofessional, and worst 1st experience.

The worst company we have done business with. Avoid like a plague! Delay was caused by buyers and the lady did not pay off our mortgage for an additional 7 days which caused us to pay extra for interest and insurance. Totally incompetent service. Took Betty 4 hours to issue a check which she forgot to sign. Never do business with these jokers.
