I cannot say enough good things about the management at the Mave. Rachel in particular has been the greatest resource in the building since we moved in. If I have a problem I go to her and she finds a solution. She has an excellent attitude and genuinely cares about her residents. She truly goes above and beyond for the Mave community as a whole. If I could put more than five stars I would!

I lived in Mave for the last three years, only recently leaving to buy a house with my fiancé. Over the three years I really enjoyed the location, pool, the gym, but most importantly, the staff which really helped in these crazy times we live in. While everyone was great from maintenance to front office, one person I want to give a shout-out to is Rachel. Rachel is an unbelievably smart, and resourceful person. Not only is she unbelievable at her job, but she is one of the kindest people I’ve met.

The Mave is a relaxed, fun community. Everyone on the staff is extremely friendly and always there to help whenever you need. If you love dogs MOVE HERE! The Mave loves your dog as much as you do. Let’s not forget about the amazing pool area, community coffee machine that makes a killer latte, and much much more!!! Highly recommend!

I’m coming up on my third year living here and it’s been a wonderful experience. The apartment complex has awesome amenities and the staff is very helpful. I’ve had minor things break within my apartment and they’ve always been resolved with extreme urgency. The management and maintenance staff take a lot of pride in the building. Great place to live and sneaky close to the city.

Overall Mave is a very pleasant place to live. The location is extremely convenient to 93 and Boston, the grounds and facilities are beautifully maintained in all seasons and weather, and the amenities like the gym, pool, and common spaces are top-notch. Everyone on the staff is phenomenal, from Rachel, Kelly, and Phil in the office to Yuri, Mike, Kevin, and Miguel on the facilities team. Finally, you can't get more dog-friendly than Mave. The only negative in my view is that the location is a bit noisy because it is so close to the highway on one side and a big commercial distribution center

I have had the best experience living at the Mave Apartments. Security has never been an issue. The maintenance people have helped me promptly every time I needed them. Kelly (one of the leasing managers) has been super helpful all the time. The social events like puppy therapy, free massages, and other activities foster a great community culture. Overall for my two months of stay, I can say it was pretty smooth for me.

The Mave is a great apartment community. The community is clean and well maintained, residents are kept informed regarding community news/policies, delivery packages are well organized, parking rules are reasonably enforced, maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. Never had a problem with neighbors. I had a great time while living there. Special kudos to the assistant property manager, Rachel Bradley. I had to end my lease early for a job relocation and she was super helpful getting it sorted out. Keep up the good work, Mave Team!
