With a Travel Protection Plan in place, if the participant dies more than 75 miles from the participant's address, travel protection will arrange for services at no additional charge, to deliver cremated or mortal remains to the person or to Baldwin Brothers. Me and my husband recently went to Baldwin Brothers to do our pre planning and I didn't sleep the night before I was stressed about it . After meeting with Cathy Wild she made me feel relaxed and comfortable . She listened to every concern gave us all the information and made sure it was going to be exactly what we wanted . Having to make final arrangements for a loved one, in this case our beloved mother, will always be so heart wrenching, but Tina Madeiros and Baldwin Brothers helped us to get through this trying time. Tina's quiet competence and supportive guidance is appreciated by our family, and her understanding of our mother's final wishes ensured that Mom was laid to rest with no worries about the details, and allowed us the time to get on with our grieving process. I recently lost my identical twin sister. As many would suspect, we were extremely close, especially after being inseparable all our lives. The lost of a loved one is a challenge to the heart we all encounter. I have said goodbye to both parents, two other sisters, friends, but to loose your twin is not only saying goodbye to your loved one, it is also a lost of all you ever knew yourself to be, a twin. I cannot really share how much the gentle, kind manner the people at Baldwin meant to me in my specific circumstance. This is the second time I have gone to Baldwin Brothers in the last fifteen

Tina Madeiros the funeral director that handled my father's arrangements did a splendid job. She was very kind, caring, patient and understanding and did whatever we asked her to do in an expedite manner. We were delighted with the results and you will be too, if you use Baldwin Brothers. Baldwin Brothers is so professional and awesome I cannot say enough about them! Tina was an angel that literally kept me strong throughout a horrible ordeal! I was attacked emotionally by my Dads “girl” and “friends” after losing him and it’s been the worst experience of my life! I’ve always been a Daddy’s girl and NO-ONE will ever take that from me! I was reminded what is really important and to keep my eyes and heart focused on my Daddy!! He’s an amazing man that most will never even know the true him! I wanted to share my appreciation to Baldwin Brothers, especially Tina. During an extremely stressful and sad time in my family's life, Tina was a true angel. Not only was she very prompt in returning my initial call, she provided clear and honest information. There were several questions thrown her way, from different people and at all times of the day. Her responses were consistent and sympathetic. Thanks to her and her team we were able to arrange services on a weekend to accommodate travel by relatives.
