The Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias program is funded through the Administration on Aging, Administration on Community Living. This free program is intended to provide supports and services to individuals living with dementia and their caregivers and to promote early screening for dementia in adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
A separate Bath Service is available to people who do not require the full range of services provided by a certified Home Health Aide. The bath aide can assist with a bed bath, tub bath, or shower, depending on the patient's degree of functioning. The patient will be dressed, bed linens will be changed, and the room will be put in order.

If you are referred to them from another agency you are not allowed to call them the agency has to which didn’t make sense to me. The male supervisor was rude. Their aides are inconsistent and will put NO GAINED ENTRY even if they didn’t call or attempt to contact you that they are there. This place has a backwards business. Would never refer or use ever again!

My mother was a client who received services through home care options. Unfortunately, they are not consistent with their aides and they leave every 2 to 3 wks. The company has no communication with there clients on why they have such a high turnover with their aides. Rather they accuse clients of mishaps that never occurred. As a healthcare provider myself i would not recommend this company. I wrote to the director of my concerns and yet she is to reply back to me. They have no service recovery for their clients. The leadership of this company is poor therefore their service poor. Very disappointed
