I have been coming here since 2005, and this is the worst they have ever been. There was once an older African American man that worked there on detail and he made sure that every car that pulled out of that lot was immaculate. To the point where if I didn't see him, I didn't even stop. But he doesn't work there any more and my loyalty keeps me coming back, but after today, I am done. For over $40 I should not have to tell someone that they missed several spots. I may as well detail my car myself. They are understaffed and for what they charge they definitely need to make some improvements

Paid $260 to have car detailed. Picked up car and it was raining so could not tell some of the details at that point. Had to leave town so put car in garage and when I came back 3weeks later noticed that they had scratched the car with their buffer, and also there were tremendous swirl marks in the hood and trunk. I would not recommend this company for car details and will never go back. Will try to post pictures soon.

Poor quality, I had to wipe down the inside after I left dust on the steering wheel, console, only vacuumed the mats quickly, underneath the mats filthy. Drivers seat and rug between the seat and console dirty, I had to clean it myself. For 23.00 plus tip they could’ve done a better job.

They do a decent job cleaning the car and wiping it down. The employees are friendly enough however, given that it's a car wash that is automated you have to pull in a certain way to have your tire fit in the track and during this process my boyfriends front left rim on his brand new car was scratched and clearly visible when it came out of the car wash. We brought this to their attention and they were not willing to accept responsibility for this. They offered a free wash but that was nowhere near the equivalent to the price of fixing the rim. I had two cars detailed for a total of$380.00 they wanted to initially charge me a total of$430.00. the detail was ok, but I could have had a hand was and wax from a mobile company for the same price. Louis acted as of he was doing me a favor. Three days later it rained and I had an ant infestation inside my Volvo. I found this was due to them not cleaning out the leaves and branches on the inside of the front hood. They never opened the hood to clean the vehicle properly. Ants were everywhere in this muck and mess.

Honestly don't like giving bad reviews but I was in desperate need of a car wash and I live right across the street and thought I'd try it out. I've been walking dogs so there was a lot of hair I needed cleaned and decided to pay for the gold. The one spot I was REALLY excited to have cleaned was next to my emergency break and the trunk where there was some sand left over from the beach. An hour for a hand wash is totally fine. Paying 47 including a 5 dollar tip for a car that is still dirty is not ok. So irritated and there's no email to contact the manager. I drive a jeep so I'm not even typically that picky about my washes. But they spent more time slapping shine on my tires than actually cleaning my car.

Great little car wash. I got the basic (bronze) package. Price was comparable to other similar car washes. My car looked great afterwards. The employees are hard working. They ran the car through the wash, vacuumed the inside, wiped down all the windows & dashboard. The wait was a little long but they did a very thorough job (which I appreciated especially considering covid) so it was well work the wait.

Many employees working... not many actually attending to cleaning vehicles though... moved crap all around in the car? Dashboard still dusty, spots in windshield, center console looks untouched by a rag. Although whatever cleaning product they did use was very slick... apparently wiped the bakes pedal?? A bit of an adventure driving away that I would never pay for again. Even the ground walking towards the "clean" vehicle was so slick I thought I was going to fall while getting into a vehicle that's seat was now moved all around... won't be going back

SLOWEST car wash in the history of car washes! There were only five cars and I was there for 40 minutes before I had to pull my car out of the lineup to be dried and vacuumed. My car was not even touched within that time frame besides going through the automatic car washer. It was just about air dried before I had enough. Those workers move like turtles!

Arrived with a new car that had a slight amount of grime from driving over sprinkler residue. Paid extra for a hand wash and wax. Stopped the wax prior to it being applied due to the multiple areas of undisturbed dirt not washed off. I watched 3 cars get a slight amount of wax, applied with a buffing wheel, all completed in less than 10 minutes. Take your junker here but never a nice car. Took me 3 hours to fix what I thought would be a solution to a scratching machine wash. I didn't even ask for a refund, didn't want the hassle of them saying "We can do it over". No way

THE WORST! I've given this place 3 tries! You pay $20 + for a car wash then I get into my car and looks like all they did was vaccum the rugs, not wipe anything down??? I had to ask for a rag to do it myself. Then they wait by your door and look at you waiting for you to give them a tip... horrible!

One of the better area operations. Hard working team. I haven't had the experiences of the other reviewers (missing spots with the drying, etc). I just find them fast and efficient. You can also purchase various needed items for your car at the checkout (and walk through a real estate agent and kitchen reno place on you way to the register--ingenious way to generate foot traffic).

I went to this car wash back in January. I was staying in Florida for the month. I had a brand new Ram pick up. It had 5k miles in it. It was a mega cab. Long truck. When I pulled up I asked if I could drive it through my self because I was concenrned the may damage it pulling out because of the length. They assured me it would be fine. We do these all day they said. 10 minutes later I hear a crunch and all employees start running toward the truck. Sure enough the 16 year old kid pulling it out cut the wheel too soon

Really tired of this place closing earlier than what their service hours are.
I drove my car into their establishment at 5:25pm and closing time is 6:00 pm (according to Yelp) and I was told that they could only do the exterior. That they didn't have personnel to do the inside of my car. What a way to not meet customer satisfaction! Tired of this situation! This the third time this happens. NOT COMING BACK!
