These guys have done a great job twice. Once I had an exterior only with tire shine and the first time I also had the inside touched up. I've been satisfied with the results for the price and will keep returning as long as the quality keeps up.
It's dumb that the guy selling the washes has to hand feed dollar bills into the machine for my car wash. There has to be a better way. The guy was great with explaining the options and then had to fumble with a cash machine for 2 minutes? Silly. That's why I removed a star.

DAMAGED MY CAR, REFUSING TO PAY FOR REPAIRS
Was assured that entering the car wash with my bike rack on was okay (I even offered to take the bicycle rack off).
Refused to send me the "video surveillance" they have showing my car was damaged.
Had their insurance company call me a month later stating that the "video surveillance" was too blurry to discern any prior damage (because there wasn't any) but then stated that they were not going to cover the damages to my car because Sure Shine Car Wash told them that my bike rack and car would have been MORE DAMAGED if the car wash had damaged it.

My Favorite car wash in the whole state of Florida!! I have enjoyed getting my suv serviced with sure shine car wash the workers are amazing always in great spirit. I highly recommend OSBERTO I LOVE THIS GUY a true definition of a smart worker he’s super friendly always smiling has great sense of humor take care your vehicle with tender love and care.OSBERTO is such a Angel. Wilbens has great customer services very understanding helpful always smiling as well in I can’t forget about the manger awesome boss to work it he always takes good care of you with no hesitation I love to see him out

Very professional service was done by everyone and at every stage of cleaning my car. The staff is kind and courteous and attentive to all of my car care needs. I asked the attendant if there was something they can do about the interior of the car( The car is 10 years old), it was completely ruined by the sun. The car also needed a good cleaning on the outside.
I was absolutely amazed when I picked up the car. It was clean and shining on the outside, but the interior and dashboard were as if the car was new.
The headlights were foggy, It was really hard to see at night. After the car wash,the headlights were clear and bright as the day I bought the car. It was wonderful to drive at night again. Thanks for a wonderful service

This is the BEST full service car wash center I’ve ever been to! I was able to get a free wash coupon on Facebook worth a full service wash .. so I said why not I’ll try it out and if the service is good I’ll become a regular. They do not disappoint. I’ll tell you from the gentleman who greeted me at the touchscreen and reviewed the options and potential add ons to the gentleman who scrubs the car down during the pre wash making sure to remove heavy build up..to the ladies who dry and vacuum. They are all hard working professionals who give their ALL. I tipped double what I normally would

Service was great for employees working on interior detail and exterior wax. But if it rains they close for rest of day. In Florida 60% when it rains it is for 10 minutes to an hour then sun from 2pm on. Had to drive back an hour next day cause by time they finish a car and was about to start my interior detail and exterior wax, it started dizzle then rain then pour. Went back an hour later at 2pm then an hour at 3pm later than a hour later at 4pm. Every car wash was open. Past 5. Wish they would give refund. Wasted my entire Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
