Our creative Stylists, Colorists, and Makeup Artists at L Studio have all come together from NYC, Philadelphia, and New Jersey to create a relaxing atmosphere of fun, laughs, great hair, and great makeup! We believe that everyone who walks through our door is already beautiful, and our purpose is to help them see what we see.
We love to enhance natural hair colors, deliver great styles that can be copied at home, and educate clients on the importance of clean products and how to invigorate sensitized hair. Because of this, we partner with Green Circle Salons and recycle close to 95% of our beauty waste, making us a sustainable salon.

Services
The Founder of L Studio began her flirtation with the beauty industry in high school and college theatre. After earning her Bachelor of Arts at Towson University, Liz moved to New Jersey to continue education in Cosmetology. Liz trained throughout NYC, NJ, Philadelphia and California, and gained knowledge from Masters of COLOR.ME, Goldwell, L'Oreal, Redken and Schwarzkopf.
As each color service and client is unique and may require more than one type of service, consultations are highly recommended. This way, we can better assist you and give you the best possible quote to fit your specific needs. Custom sun kissed highlight that is hand painted around the face, top of the crown and sides of the hair.

I booked a last minute appointment online, and the price quote for the balayage was 140$ after online discount. When I arrived at the salon the woman went through what my daughter wanted on her hair, and then proceeded to ask her boss (I guess that’s who it was) what the final bill would be after adding in a color melt (or meld, not sure if name) and a haircut to the balayage. The price was 265$. I said yes, go ahead. When we were finally done, and it was time to pay, the bill was 350$. I was then told the 265$ “was the starting point”. I was told the haircut was 65$ when my daughter first

Literally the friendliest, most knowledgeable group of ladies! I do not get my hair done here (yet), I just randomly popped in because I saw they sell KEVIN MURPHY hair products. They literally helped create a unique prescription of products suited specifically for my exact hair situation - showing sincere interest. They let me exchange product when it didn’t work and held my hand until I found the right match. Great customer service!

Liz H is a wonderful colorist, who created an atmosphere of creativity and fun. I felt welcome and heard; everyone was attentive and nice. I did not have to wait and it was easy to schedule the next appointment. There was no annoying product pushing. Most importantly, my hair looks fabulous. My husband and I just moved to the area a month ago, and I was looking for a new salon. I'm so happy I gave this place a try! I had Liz do my eyebrows, she was such a doll. Very nice, and friendly, made me feel really welcomed. She did an amazing job on my eyebrows, I feel like a queen! Fran washed my hair, she gives great head messages, and the temp was perfect. Today was my first visit and Kara did my highlights and haircut. I was unhappy with some weird random red highlights my last hair dresser had done and in need of help.
First of all, the studio is beautiful & bright when you walk in. Liz, the owner, greeted me at the door and was super nice.
Kara did an AH-mazing job fixing my weird red and creating a gorgeous blended honey blonde shade. She gave me a beautiful cut and blowout! And the price was very reasonable.
If you're tired of your salon or just in need of a new place, this is the place to go!
