Elit Tile is THE BEST!!! We searched many stores for the perfect tile. Elit outdid everyone else in many ways. Unlike most locations, we were greeting upon walking in to the store. We had the pleasure of working with Nick. Not knowing too much about tiles and grouts, we told Nick the color we were interested in and the space it would be used for. Within minutes he brought us several samples. He spent so much time with us and answered our MANY questions without getting frustrated. He even answered questions we didn't know we had. Overall this was an amazing experience and so satisfying

I have paid for a countertop and a island and this place send me the wrong item. I call and there was no help told me it was my fault but not going to see the item before it was pick up by the installer., Please if you go there take your time if Raul help you to be on the same page. And if another person is going to pick-up your order take a Video or foto. This people don't care if you paid there not responsible by there mistake. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

We found our dream porcelain slab for our kitchen remodel among Elit tile's large showroom and selection. Elizabeth helped me to coordinate with my GC and the manufacturer directly to determine slab sizes and facilitate expedited delivery. Elizabeth was very patient in helping me find a replacement solution when our original slabs were no longer available from the manufacturer. We will be coming back here to pick our our materials for our bathroom remodel.

Charged me a $120 exchange fee and on top of that their "manager" KARENA speaks with a rude and loud tone-- screaming and does not like it when you get FEED UP and talk to her the same way back. When you talk to her the same way she talks to you she screams "she doesn't want to do business with you" and screams at her workers to load it into my car and won't take my exchange. So clearly it's okay for them to talk to you like crap and you have to accept that treatment. This is not her business, and I already paid for the tiles. Judge for yourself if the headache

I was very pleased with my experience at Elit Tile .It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. Specially I would like to thank Ms. Elizabeth with handeling all my purchases. It took me one week to make a decision for my countertops , flooring and back slash. She was so patient with me and she even answered all my texts and my phone calls during her break or lunch time. She was willingness to answer all my questions, match the prices and even make a better prices than anywhere else.

Karina! She is my girl!! Wow I can't stop raving about how amazing she is and how amazing this store is. I stumbled across this place while visiting a place near by. Right of the bat Karina acknowledged me when I walked in and was kind enough to help me put designs together for my 3 bathrooms. She gave me great feedback on which products are suitable for my space. I feel like I'm getting a 2 for 1 deal because I get my tile but I also get design services. She seems to be the best one there because she had several clients waiting to work with her but she is worth the wait. This store

First time in the door and I was on a scavenger hunt to find 3 pieces of a very specific travertine. Immediately Priscilla asked if she could help. She recognized my sample and showed me what they had to offer. They didn't have the size I needed in stock, but no worries, she got on the phone and MADE it happen for me. Don't bother stopping by at this tile store. There are much better options on the same street. We spent a considerable amount of money buying tile from these guys. They messed up one of our orders and sent us the wrong tile. When we notified them, they told us they can't get the tile we want for another month, so we decided to return the tile. They told us there would be a 25% restocking fee...on something that we didn't order in the first place and that was still in its original packaging. That's not what I call customer service. A lot of time and money spent on this place

I was in this store for 30 minutes and no one acknowledged my existence. So I went ahead and took a seat right in front of their faces and I have been sitting here staring at this guy and his associate for 10 minutes and they have completely ignored my existence. So I thought I'd take a photo of their rudeness.
There are a million tile stores in the area and there is nothing that makes them special...beyond their pathetic customer service...so if you enjoy being ignored and treated like you don't exist, this is the tile store for you.
