We are celebrating over 15 years of pool service and maintenance in the Walnut Creek, Concord, Danville, Moraga and Lafayette areas!. Swimcare Pool Service has been offering a variety of swimming pool services and repairs since the year 2003. Owner Thomas Revera begin servicing residential pools part-time while working for a local school district maintaining their commercial pools.
That part-time business soon began to grow and develop. In 2007, Thomas and Lisa Revera decided to make the plunge by quitting their jobs and began servicing residential pools in Walnut Creek, Concord, Danville, Moraga, and Lafayette on a full-time basis. And haven't looked back! Thomas is a great guy and let's you know what your issues are with pool, cleaning etc. Ashley is so very sweet and also knowledgeable.

Thomas and his team have been extremely helpful to me as I learn the quarks of the pool. They are solution-oriented and I never feel they are suggesting anything more than I need. I have used the service for almost 1 year and I highly recommend. They are very professional.

Thomas was really quick to respond. We had a broken pool sweep motor for a few weeks, and he came with a replacement pump the very next day after I called him. He inspected and diagnosed that the motor was not fully burnt and could do with just replacing a part. He promptly came back the next day with the new part and Voila, my pool equipment is back to work.
He also spent some time educating us about our system as we are new homeowners with the pool. He gave a ton of maintenance tips and demoed a few things our middle schooler son could do to upkeep the pool. Also fixed the leaks in the solar

Thomas did an amazing job cleaning up and maintaining my pool. As a first time pool owner, I had no clue what to do about a green pool. Thomas to the rescue and promptly cleared that issue right up. He also checked on all the equipment and got the pool summer ready. Did such a great job, I asked him to come weekly for regular maintenance. Highly recommended!

Thomas knows his stuff. Our pool was that nasty yellow-green look and all the cleaning my husband finally stopped working. Thomas came over, asked one question...do you have hard to or soft water? Hard. Ahhh, don't add calcium products to water. . . Like chlorine tabs or shock. Water was overwhelmed with a coating the tabs have and just couldn't do its job anymore. Thomas slammed in the liquid chlorine, scrubbed and did his magic. By evening the pool was coming back. Changed out the filters and added other products and now our pool is crystal clear. Called 4 pool service companies in my area ( needed a new pool pump) and Thomas was the only one to respond! He came out to inspect my issue and offered advise on how to improve my system.
A few days later I was back up and running.
I highly recommend Swimcare and have already mentioned Thomas to my neighbors.

We had guests in town for spring break - our first visitors since the pandemic began, and our pool wouldn't heat! 55 degree water might be warmer than the air temperature in our Michigan guests' hometown, but it's still not desirable for swimming! I called several companies for help. One never called back, one couldn't get me in for a few days, but Thomas from Swimcare squeezed me in that very same day. He was able to get the pool heater up and running again (truly saving our guests' spring break), and I ended up hiring Swimcare to do our regular weekly service, as well

We moved into our home in Concord back in September with no prior knowledge of the upkeep that comes along with owning a pool. We lucked out when we purchased our home because Swimcare was already providing service for the previous owners. I couldn't be more thankful to have someone like Tomas who took the time to explain all the important things I needed to know about owning and maintaining our pool. So happy I stumbled across the SwimCare website on Nextdoor. Their monthly rate was was cheaper than what I have been paying for. Called them and they stopped by the next day to evaluate my pool and give me a quote. Very prompt service!! Thomas was very informative and clearly explained his service and fees. He replaced my pool filter and pump as well and did a fantastic job.

This is our first time working with Tom, and I expect it won't be our last. He was able to accommodate a next-day replacement of our pool pump. As first-time pool owners, we had a lot of questions, and not only was Tom patient with the questions, he was expansive -- even spent some time talking through the science of it all with us.
He even gave our pool a tune-up and algaecide dump for no charge.
The work was high quality, he cleaned up after himself, and has checked in a couple of times since to make sure everything's working well.
He left with me feeling like I could trust him.

The Swimcare team is great - I've worked with Thomas and Ashley, and both are really easy to work with, timely, and trustworthy. I have little kids that love to hover over visitors, and they've been great with the kiddos. Thomas has always taken the time to answer any of my additional questions too - things that I don't pay him enough to do!

I can't say enough great things about my experience with Swimcare! I'm a pretty new pool owner and I've been struggling keeping my chemicals in balance. Finally, I had an issue with my filter and before I could get it fixed my pool turned green! I found Swimcare online and reached out at like 9pm. Thomas responded almost immediately and was able to come over the very next day. He made 3 visits in total and completely cleared up my pool within a week. I have used this company for almost a year now. When I first met the owner he was really nice. After a few months things change the owner starts charging you extra for things. I paid for a extra service $150 for just vaccuming. I went to see the next day and there was still dirt on the bottom of my pool. I asked the owner about it and was told that this was not part of his job. It was to much for him to come back and redo a job we paid for. He then cancelled my monthly service after that.

We have lived at our home for almost 20 years. We tried to maintain our pool ourselves for a year or two. That was an expensive fiasco. Then we had a service for a few years that could not keep the algae at bay. Very frustrating! Then we discovered Swimcare! Thomas and Lisa have found the perfect balance for our pool. Thank you!

I've been using Swimcare for years now. I have had no complaints. They have kept my pool clear while answering any questions or concerns that I have had. Lisa and Thomas are super nice people, very trusting, they truly care about your pool as if it was their pool. I never have worry about my pool, water is 365 days perfectly clear. I have saved $$$$ in never having to buy chemicals anymore. I have had Thomas even fix my pool equipment at times, doing excellent work. My pool is so beautiful and clear, thank God I found Lisa and Thomas to maintain my pool. I trust them both with my dogs, allowing them key access to my backyard. Give Lisa and Thomas a try.
