Always turn the system off at the breaker (not the time clock) and contact a pool technician ASAP. Pools may be resurfaced at anytime throughout the year, however, as a word of caution, it is not a good time to do it when a lot of leaves or debris are falling, when your area is experiencing a lot of rainfall, or in freezing weather.

One of two pool lights was having issues. My current pool company ordered a new light but they were having issues getting the new cable through the conduit. They referred me to ACE Pools, stating that the technicians had a lot more experience in this area. Less than an hour after calling ACE, two techs showed up and they worked together with my current pool company and finally got it working! I was ecstatic! Great teamwork in such a short time! I have never been so pleased! Thank you ACE Pools for exceeding my expectations! I would definitely refer others! Great customer service.

Richard and his wife Pam , are really nice people . we had a blockage in our line( a clump of pine needles, leaves) and pool wasnt getting good suction
Richard fit us in to his busy schedule and resolved our problem quickly.Will definitely call them in the future if needed or recommend to friends & family
