I could not be happier with the work that Luis Tello did in my house. I ripped up carpet in my newly purchased home to reveal original hardwoods that were in rough shape. Luis was honest and reasonable during his inspection and estimate. The floors came out better than I could have possibly imagined, they look brand new!

I could not say more amazing things about Luis, Martin, and their team. We had a wonderful experience with them replacing our hardwood floors. Luis helped us pick out the perfect style for our home, and the installation was done so well. The team was careful, and even meticulously cleaned/ organized supplies at the end of each day. We could not be happier, and would 10/10 choose this team again!

We cannot say enough about how positive our experience working with Luis and his team was. We were on a tight timeframe to refinish every floor in the house before we moved in. Luis accommodated our aggressive timeline, even though he was already very busy. He takes tremendous pride in his work and holds himself and his team to the highest degree of professionalism and his work ethic is of the highest standard. The entire team is fantastic! Luis and his crew installed new floors for us and also sanded our stairs and hallway upstairs. I trusted them to be in my house alone. They were always on time every day. I was amazed by the fact that we could sleep in our house after they polyurethaned the floors. We had our floors refinished many years ago and we could not sleep in the house for 4 days after. His industrial fans and Hepa fan unit was fantastic. I loved the way the floored around our fireplace and love the transition between rooms. I highly recommend them. They did a fantastic job.

This is the only review I ever wrote for any company, but I want to take a minute to say how amazing Tello Flooring is. Luis and his brother are extremely professional, dedicated, and skilled. Tello Flooring installed new hardwood floors in our new house and they worked tirelessly to complete the project prior to our move-in date, even working weekends to accommodate us. Luis took the time to explain every process of the installation to us and showed patience with any questions I asked. I would absolutely recommend this company for any and all of your flooring needs. I plan on working with them

Luis, Martin, and their crew are top notch. Immediately upon meeting Luis, you can feel his pride for their family business, and his commitment to satisfaction. Before even committing to the job, Luis came over multiple times to answer questions in person, to show us samples, and review the "what ifs" of the project. They started the job in the time frame as promised, came every day, and remained diligently committed to our job . We had to pivot our plan a bit which increased the scope of the project. Luis didn't bat an eye and proceeded with the changes, even working over the weekend to finish

We had a very positive experience with these guys. We had a tight timeframe for our floors and stairs to be refinished and the owner was able to work us into his already busy schedule. They were on time (big plus) and responded quickly with correspondence when necessary. Their price was on point and the quality was what we were looking for. Very impressed with the company and owners, We would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
