Took my car to Freeman’s for a repair. From the start with a quote, the individuals I talked to were professional, quick to get back to me, and reasonably priced. I took my car in to get serviced first thing the next morning. As they worked, they ran into multiple issues with the repair because my car wanted to be difficult - not them. Freddy’s communication with me was great! He updated me along the way with each thing that happened, explained it in a way I could follow, and the steps they were going to take to ensure they fixed the issue. They persisted and got the job done. Price was more

Freeman employees and owner are the most professional, courteous and sincerest folks I have ever taken my vehicle to.
They checked my vehicle's brakes, and let me know that I didn't need to replace my brakes. Probably got about 30,000 more miles to go before I need brakes.
In my opinion, other shops like Firestone or Goodyear would have raked me over the coals and insisted that I pay for an expensive unnecessary brake repair.
I highly recommend Freeman's Auto Service, and I definitely will utilize them again, and again.

Took my 05 Accord here for a check engine light and because I'm about to start driving 1,000 miles a week and need the car in good shape. The mechanics we're knowledgeable and I was kept in the loop throughout the day. Felt like I got an honest opinion of what needed to be done. Service was reasonably/competitively priced.
