This shop absolutely knocks it out of the park every time. I have been going there for years and there is simply no better techs in the city. I used dealerships for many years prior to finding this shop and must say that their service is unmatched by any facility in the area. I highly recommend this shop for any service from an oil change to tires to engine repair.

these people will guess and guess until they drain your pockets , i took my car to these people when it was running hot they claim to fix my problem had to bring car back three times ; still have the same issues ...I HIGHLY WILL NEVER RECOMMEND

Wen't there to have alot of front end suspension work done on my chevy trailblazer plus a windsheild wiper motor and blades bill came out to be over $2400 cool no problem I was satisfied with the work they did paid my bill drove straight home and parked my vehicle and never went anywhere else. About three days later I notice this long horizontal 6 inch dent/gash down to the metal on the passenger side door, this wasn't there when I dropped it off to have repairs done so I called the sales person and told him what I had discovered and he said "well didn't anybody mentioned they had dented your truck

Brought my truck to these guys to dfix my rear-end that's coverd under warranty and so far I am extremely nervous about my decision my truck has been there for 10 days now and every time I call I get the same story about how they have to get it diagnosed and approved by the warranty company after 10 days the problem should have already been diagnosed and repairs STARTED ! The people's are always polite but you get the feeling you just bothering them when you call and check on your vehicle called again today and got the same story but told they were actually working on my truck today very VERY nervous

The other day I took my truck by because of some electrical issues that had occurred. They allowed me to drop it off the same morning and told me that someone would be in contact with me as soon as the technician ran a diagnostic. I was expecting a turnaround of at least a couple of days, but the lady called me a few hours later to tell me what the problem was, how much the part would cost, and how much the total would be if I chose to proceed with the repair. I told her to go ahead and fix it. A few hours after dropping the truck off, they called me to let me know that the repairs had been made

I had been google shopping for the least expensive place to get a tuneup for my Expedition and I discovered this business. Everything about them was polite and upfront. From the initial quote on the phone to the servicing on my truck. Not only were they a few $100 dollars cheaper than the more known company, they also refunded me an overcharge that I had ABSOLUTELY no knowledge of!! You CAN NOT beat this level of service!! My vehicle and running smoother and I’m a few dollars richer lol. Thanks y’all!!

Damaged a wire during repair causing much larger issue. When I called they told me I must have missed the check engine light that came on after the repair suggested the new shop I took it to was trying to trick me and then told me they would not accept responsibility for their error even after I sent multiple pictures showing the pinch to the wire right next to the item they fixed.
Too bad I didn't see their BBB rating or bad yelp ratings. I was in an emergency situation but now I'm screwed for the repair bill
