NO one from your office attempted to contact me - ever. Not a single call, voicemail or email. I am always on my phone and stay on top of my emails. Hence the reason for my review. Furthermore, the retainer was supposed to have been emailed to me - it wasn't. Even IF you were trying to reach me (you weren't) you could have emailed me saying so, or Phil could have reached out as well. You just didn't bother.
Whether I talked to you or Phil, it was still YOUR office that agreed to take my case, so if you changed your mind or no longer wanted to do it, the professional thing
