When Christine is not helping clients at the Law Office of John W. Noonan, she is spending time with her husband of 31 years and her son and his family.

However, prosecutors may file felony DUI charges if the defendant has four or more DUI convictions or if someone was injured as a result of driving under the influence. Through a series of poor choices and unfortunate events I found myself facing almost a decade in prison for BS reasons I won't mention. It was my first offense and my charges were ridiculous. I bailed out on a Saturday after 4 days in jail and called John on the way home. Both John and his daughter dropped their plans and met me at their office on my way home from Santa Rita. They were very understanding of my situation. No judgment, just a sympathetic ear which is what I needed at the time. John is a straight shooter and explained what we were up against.

I was going through a DUI situation and unfortunately it was not my first.....I was actually now facing a felony. What mattered to me even more this time was that I was now married with children and it was not just me that faced the harsh consequences but my wife and daughters too. When all was said and done Mr. Noonan was able to close the case which was fair in the fact that I paid my debt to society, but I was able to do so while still maintaining my career and my freedom from incarceration. For this I will be forever grateful.

The Noonan law office did a great job and was able to get everything dismissed without requiring me to attend any court dates or do anything out of the norm. I love how comforting and personal they are; especially the daughter Christine. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process, and was totally fine with me texting/calling her anytime I needed to.
