Services
This tune up is designed for preventative maintenance and is recommended at least once year. We adjust your shifting and braking, lube your chain, wipe the bike down, true your wheels and make sure that your bike is safe to ride. This will also give us the opportunity to inspect your chain, brake pads, tires and cables/housing.

Morgan and his team go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They are extremely knowledgeable about all things bikes. They make you feel comfortable and welcome no matter your level. They take time to answer all your questions, listen to what you are looking for in a bike, and then make recommendations that fit your needs. I just made the leap from a triathlon bike to a gravel bike. While I know a lot about Tri bikes I know nothing about gravel bikes. Morgan was awesome about educating me and helping me make an informed decision on selecting the perfect bike for me. Mojo is more then

My experience at Mojo Cyclery was great. Morgan and Josh were thoughtful, patient and let me ride all the bikes they had at my price point and size. After test riding multiple bikes for write a while, I told them I would come back another time, and they were super understanding about it. I checked out a few other places around Spokane but no other place had the selection or customer service like at Mojo. I just wanted a basic gravel bike that could be ridden in pavement as well and Morgan hooked it up with my new Kona Rove. He gave me a great price on the bike, and you get a discount on accessories

The reason for 5 stars is because the staff at Mojo treats you like a human. They are patient and helpful, friendly. They don't have that "air of conceit" that you find in SO MANY other bike shops. David Neal, the owner at Mojo, is as genuine as they come and that flows into his employees. Highly recommend!

100% recommend. Josh and Morgan go out of their way to help customers during business hours. Outside of buisiness hours, they're busy building a cycling community in Spokane by hosting workout sessions and group rides.
I ordered a strange size tire for my bike, after it arrived, I found that the wider, more common size would fit. Morgan gladly reshelved the special order tire and exchanged me for the wider one!
