Called to see if they could look at my bike as my front derailleur was not working properly. As it is spring and they are very busy I asked if they could look at it ASAP. Our son is visiting from Germany in the next coup,e of days and was anxious to ride the bike to keep his conditioning up. They promised to give it look in the next few days so I took it in. Halfway home from dropping it off I got a call from the bike mechanic who said he had it done. I have had them service my bike before and every time I have left with them I have been more than happy with their work, the time it took

Definitely a great find! We were traveling and needed air in our tires! During COVID businesses have so many rules to follow and this company still provided AMAZING service! Got us in despite their busy scheduled services already. One of our bikes the stem was broke so he replaced the tire immediately. All while noticing a few minor adjustments were needed on the brakes. He did it all without hestitation.

They spent a good chunk of time tuning up my bike and helping find where a mysterious and annoying clicking was coming from on my bike that I bought months ago. After exploring a lot of options, they found and fixed it plus some and charged nothing. It's great to be able to roll up anytime I have a problem and get that kind of attention and service!

I've taken my bike to two other shops and they were unable to get it to shift correctly. North Division Bicycle has the tool and expertise to get my 1x12 running smooth. They also got my rear suspension at the correct pressure all on a drop in Saturday afternoon. While I know that people in spokane typically won't drive out of their territory I will never go anywhere else.

This was one of my best bike shop experiences in years! They are knowledgeable and friendly. I was preparing for a long-distance tour, and they found time for me, even staying late to help ensure the best bike fit and share stories. When I needed a bike at the start of last school year, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable about their offerings. Though the bikes are a little pricey, the service is great. Bike purchase includes one free service, which got my bike back into great shape after some wintery days outside. And the staff are always willing to answer questions!
