This review is specifically for Colleen. I am an artist preparing to rent an office for a studio work space. The landlord required renter’s insurance for the office rental, which was surprisingly difficult as there’s no preset policy for artist renting studio/work space as opposed to renting a space for gallery & class room space for teaching art. Nobody knew how to do the policy (I’d called around tirelessly. I almost gave up.) HOWEVER that all changed when Colleen helped me out. She was so professional & never once had a bad attitude about figuring out exactly what I needed as a customer

Not happy at all with this organization. Went from one price to another in one month timeframe. Originally I was quoted 250.00 a month and the went to 310.00 out of nowhere. Not a call or a heads up, I definitely do not recommend to put your payments on auto pay. I’m now paying 285.00 I will be switching asap.

Started with this company 18 months ago. Service was good, but quoted rate was $53 at that time. Suddenly, less than 2 years later, my rate has jumped each month until now, when I'm at $106 per month. No accidents, no tickets, no claims in all this time. When I called for an explanation, I was told "well cost of living has gone up, and you're paying for other drivers who have had accidents". Both claims are baloney - insurance has ALWAYS been based on all drivers in a risk pool and the cost of living has only gone up 4% in the past 2 years. My advice: if you use this company, watch for the bait

This is, by far, thee worst insurance group of all time. Eleven days after cancelling my policy, they removed money from my account for a new payment. And gave me the absolute hardest time in trying to get it back. I cancelled my policy with them in the first place because of a complete incompetency on the part of the staff here. I lasted with them for three months and went right back to Geico. And got a cheaper rate with Geico (my original insurer)! My entire experience with this group, from start to finish, has been awful. I do NOT recommend!
