I unfortunately mixed up the date of my appointment but they offered me an appointment in the Fort Myers location with no problem. Abby gave me the address and called the other office to let them know that I would be coming.
The gentleman who did my treatment was professional and kind but very personable and knowledgeable.

My friend Natalie recommended this place to me and WOW, I'm so glad she did. The front desk staff are amazing! I've been frequently this spa pretty much monthly for the last year and everyone there is just so pleasant and helpful. You can tell they are all like family. Jonathon and April, the owners, are the most lovely couple. April is just stunning and so natural. I have gotten filler, botox, laser hair removal, kybella and soon I will be getting Ultherapy! At the Estero location, I see Jonathan & Jane ... both of them are extremely professional & kind and give me great attention & time!
At their Naples location I see Paris! She has helped me with many of the Services they offer and I look forward to my appointments with her so much! She is a Gem!
I can't say enough good things about The Laser Lounge Spa and refer many of my friends to them...
I feel extremely blessed to be able to visit them often!

What kind of business parks THEIR car at the front door?
Shouldn't that be where their customers park? I see this virtually EVERY time I visit the Estero location - so rude!
Service is fine - but this upsets me as a client

Ideal: Move the van near the door WHEN loading / unloading -- not the other 7 3/4 hours of the day.

Every 6 months over the last two years I'm committed to the Laser Lounge and Spa. Together my sister and friends enjoy the time and treatment we experience here. The staff is attentive, courteous, just all around embracing. They hold great conversations if you're a socializer. A special shoutout to Jonathan, who never misses a beat in being genuine and caring. He makes certain his clients are comfortable and satisfied. Ashley the laser technician is always a sweetheart with amazing bedside manner, I would give her ten stars if I could. The office is beautiful, and always very clean. My only reasoning for four stars is when I started going to laser lounge touch-ups to my underarms were $30, then at my next appointment $50, and at my most recent appointment touch-ups were $80.00. However, I know this is the beauty of entrepreneurship.

Awful experience. Received a gift groupon and decided to purchase a second for myself. At appointment time after waiting an hour, was told to pay full price or take a walk as they would Not honor a second groupon. Was also told to call groupon and get a refund.
I have always paid cash for services here and ALWAYS purchased additional units at full price (house parties) as well as purchasing extras like their 50 SPF sunscreen and high quality creams. Enjoyed them all. I was excited to try

Service is fine, but admin is not. Today I learned that I spoke with someone that I didn't, and that someone else I did speak with who assured me I could pay for an upgrade didn't make note AND wasn't authorized to do so. Seriously frustrated and disappointed with a business that I thought had a decent reputation. Also, I've seen two different technicians and felt like one didn't do nearly as thorough of work.

Beautiful set-up for their services. I agree with another reviewer, that the receptionists seem overwhelmed and sidetracked, all of the right words come out but lacking in enthusiasm. I've been there for hair laser treatments. They do guarantee any regrowth for life, that's why I chose them. I've had work done by April and Ashley. Both super technicians. Buy the numbing cream they sell, it helps. Very clean and pleasant.

I love the fact that they guarantee their treatment. The laser technician is wonderful & friendly. If these were the only factors that I valued from a business, I would give them 5 stars.
However, I am not a fan of the reception. I would give them 1 star. They could work on their customer service skills & make more of an attempt to exhibit friendly behavior. When a customer walks in the door, the reception is the first impression of a business. They say all the right things but the delivery is lacking.
