Shanda was everything I could have imagined in the process of selling my home and more and I'm so grateful for her. She honestly assessed the property, made suggestions for ways to get the highest bids, and found professionals to make quality repairs. When it was time to list she got the best photographer for our marketing. When offers came in she advised me on the best path forward. I could not have found the courage to do this without her!

Mrs. Shanda and her team were more than exceptional! My home finding journey as a 1st home buyer was a little long, however Mrs. Shanda was there every step of the way encouraging me to be patient. And well, here we are closing day! Today was amazing! We laughed and cried (lol well I cried) but overall it was a very warm feeling to experience this with a very genuine, knowledgeable Agent! Mrs. McRae was amazing. I honestly can say that she moved extremely fast and she kept me informed with every process of selling my home. I sold during Covid and she came up with a brilliant idea 💡 to schedule one day for an open house and get her team to assist her with having an open house, this limited the amount of people coming in an out of my home. I had a horrible experience with the two moving companies I hired and she called and made contacts to ensure that my move was successful. No complaints at all.
