Had one bad experience as far as people being rude when I went there for a part. but I live near by so I said well I'll go back and give them a shot (I was in the market for an aluminum boat.) so I went back and was told the guy who deals with sales will be back in a little while (20-30 minutes later) the guy came back and he was very unpleasant, I decided I would no longer be coming back there again, not to mention prices were typically astronomical just like most marinas on the lake.

Had my boat fixed here last summer. Many things done wrong and somethings worse than before I brought it in. I probably could have called them to give them a chance to rectify the problem but it already took them a month to fix my boat after they said they could start on it right away. It sat there for 3 weeks before they even looked at it. I won't be going back and I will not recommend them to anybody. Remember people, under promise and over deliver. Not the opposite which is what you did to me. My experience at Bridge Marina was much better. They are the complete opposite.
