Joe Castrovillari is a gentleman. i think all other sales team stinks. we offered the price they listed for their car: took the deposit and refused to sell the car on the next day only because they found somebody offered more money I believe. no ethics in doing business. Toyota even though makes good cars the dealership is destroying their name day by day.

We had a great experience at Krause Toyota, both joe and Kara where great to deal with, no heavy sales pressure just nice people to purchase a car from, There were no surprises in the sale process, It was a pleasant experience

By far the absolute best customer service I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. Jim the sales associate was very knowledgeable, non-aggressive in his sales approach, and spot on his delivery date. Joe the sales manager, was knowledgeable as well and very down to earth in his approach. From the service department, who kindly fit us in to put a cover on the bed of my new truck so we can go on our planned weekend trip, to Tara who patiently answered all our financial questions, we felt treated like VIP customers. We will definitely be back to service our vehicles and return as future buyers.

Joseph Harris made the sales process easy and stress free. They were able to find the Tacoma I was looking for. They got me the payment I felt was fare with no money down on my 2cnd lease. (There was equity on the trade of course). But point is it’s the first time a dealer has not come back with a higher number or money down or some form of negotiating to better their position on the deal. It was my number the first time. Thank you folks very much.

These guys are truly amazing. I started my search for a Land Cruiser Heritage Edition and Krause Toyota had exactly what I was looking for. Cliff and the team not only coordinated everything for me, they did exactly what they said they would do. I flew from Texas to pick up my vehicle, they picked me up from the Philadelphia airport, and drove me through traffic and rain all the way back to Allentown to get my new car. The paperwork was waiting on me when I got there, signed, sealed and delivered. Wow. Great job guys!!

This review is about the Service department.
While there were a few small snags in the process of scheduling my appointment and getting updates about my vehicle's status and repair estimate, I was very impressed once I spoke with the Service Advisor. (I'm embarrassed to say, I have forgotten his name! It's only because I was blown away by his great service.) :)
He told me that my vehicle would need a couple of things but they could wait, and said I might as well get all the use out of the current parts that I can. I don't think I have ever heard a mechanic say anything like

I had been looking at slightly used trucks without loyalty to the Toyota brand. After visiting a few other dealerships and being woefully unimpressed, I found a 2015 Toyota Tacoma on Krause Toyota's website. You "might" be able to find a somewhat lower price if you really shop around but you won't fond a better dealership and sales man to deal with. NO game, NO high pressure, just good service.

I just purchased my 2017 Toyota Corolla from Krause 2 weeks ago. Teresa was my salesperson. I called her a couple of monand left a message for her to call me if they got any 2017 Anniversary Edition Corollas in...and she did.
I truly enjoyed my experience with Teresa. She explained everything in detail, was very patient with my questions, and was willing to negotiate. She offered some great deals for extras on my new car as well.

The sales team is very friendly and helpful. They quickly let us test drive a car and then had quotes on a few options. Their prices were significantly lower than their competitors.
